Mariachi Sol Azteca is comprised of 8 young musicians, both men and women, from the area of McAllen, Edinburg, and Mission, Texas. It was founded in September 2011 by Raymundo Rivera, with the vision of entertaining and captivating audiences throughout the area from Rio Grande City to Brownsville, Texas. Since its beginnings, Mariachi Sol Azteca has stood out for its energy, vocal quality, and entertaining value. The group is available to play at weddings, quinceaneras, and other events. Mariachi Sol Azteca also has the opportunity to play at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, in Mission, playing original music, with plans to record an album. We include accordion accompaniment to some songs, and we have a microphone available for our singers. Entertain your guests with live traditional mariachi music!

Fue fundado en Septiembre del 2011 por Raymundo Rivera, con la vision de entretener y cautivar a audiencias en toda el area desde Rio Grande City hasta Brownsville. Desde su inicio, Mariachi Sol Azteca se ha caracterizado por su energia, calidad vocal, y entretenimiento. El grupo esta disponible para bodas, quinceañeras, y otros eventos sociales. Mariachi Sol Azteca tambien tiene la oportunidad de tocar en la iglesia catolica de San Pablo, en Mission, interpretando musica original, con planes de grabar en un album.
